• Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Digital products (e.g., knitting patterns) are non-refundable.
• Physical items can be returned within 14 days in original condition.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
